ISR’s unique results are achieved through personalized, one-on one lessons, customized to fit your child's needs. Infant Swimming Resource lessons are for children 6 months to 6 years old. Lessons are 5 days a week (Monday-Friday), for a maximum of 10 minutes a day, for an average of 6 weeks.

Infants (at least 6 months old) and early walkers will learn how to hold their breath underwater, roll onto their back and float, rest and breathe until help arrives.

Toddlers and Children will learn the full ISR Swim-Float-Swim sequence. They learn to hold their breath, swim under water until they need air, roll on their backs to their float, rest and breathe and then continue that swim-float-swim sequence until they reach where they want or need to be.

After students are fully skilled, it is important to schedule Refresher Lessons. Refreshers are encouraged every 6 months or so to ensure that your child is able to maintain their skills with their growing bodies. Refreshers are 5 days a week for approximately 2-4 weeks depending on the current skill level.
